This Privacy Policy describes how CueTracks Follower ("the App"), developed by Stephen Anning ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

The App is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:

• No account required. The App does not require registration or sign-in.
• No analytics or tracking. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• No data leaves your device. All musical data received via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth is processed locally on your device and is never sent to any server.

2. Local Network & Bluetooth

The App uses your device's local Wi-Fi network and/or Bluetooth to receive live musical data from CuePipe running on a nearby computer. This communication is direct (device-to-device) and does not pass through any external server.

3. Purchases

If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not receive or store any payment information.

4. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party services that collect user data.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
